Nina Chagnon on TFO’s “Panorama”
Stronger interactions between science and business are critical to building the knowledge economy Canada is thriving for. Luckily, an increasing number of young researchers want their scientific discoveries or skills used for commercial ends, but many don’t know how to broach the business world.
Panorama, produced by TFO (Ontario’s French TV broadcaster), recently looked at the challenge young scientists face in moving from bench top to board room, and MaRS’ role in bridging the gap.
