    I’ll try this again since for some reason you didn’t like my previous comment.

    The Milken paper seems to me to be very significant, not just a little. This is an exceptional opportunity for Canada to globally promote our capital friendly environment. We could market ourselves to talent, VC’s and business orverall around the world. This would be a tremendous gain for Canada. I would hope that decision makers would make use of this.
