Leveraging her extensive HR background and personal expertise, Tammy Sturge provides Human Resources consulting in strategic planning, change management, executive coaching, training and team-building, among other consulting services.
Tammy is a senior Human Resources professional who spent 15 years as an HR executive with two of Canada’s leading innovators. Tammy began her career at Procter & Gamble Inc., where she spent 11 years in HR leadership roles, developing P&G’s corporate training strategy and global performance management system. While with CYBERplex Interactive Media and Ericsson Communications Inc., she led the transformation of the Human Resources strategy. Her greatest contribution was building bridges between HR and the front-line business units. Using advanced HRM systems capabilities, she helped these companies achieve performance objectives.
In her hectic private life, Tammy belongs to the world’s oldest book circle, and an investment club for women called Sirens of Stock. She runs marathons, practices yoga, and is an avid film buff, who spends ten days of her vacation each year enjoying the Toronto International Film Festival.
