MaRS Peer to Peer Series - Reaching the Third Stage of Market Success

SESSION THEMES

Few industries have undergone as much transformation as the telecommunications sector has over the past six years. As global telecom service providers migrate to next-generation IP services networks, Meriton Networks Inc. has been capturing a large share of growth in this sector.

Since the company was founded in 2000, Meriton has graduated beyond the two initial stages of corporate development, namely "emerging start-up" and "validated vendor." The company is now positioning itself for the third stage of success, "exponential growth." Meriton President and CEO Mike Pascoe will speak to the essential elements that must be in place for a company to succeed in this third stage of building a company.

Drawing from nearly 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry as a successful executive of private and publicly-traded companies based in Canada and USA, Mike will share his insights, lessons learned and best practices for high technology management.
