Event Facilities
The MaRS Collaboration Centre offers a flexible and comfortable space that includes a high–tech auditorium surrounded by flexibly configured meeting rooms with built-in, state-of-the-art “plug-and-play” audio visual (AV) and collaboration technologies and on-site technicians. The Centre’s features are all geared to enhance knowledge sharing and communication—either face-to-face or remotely from across the globe.
In addition to standard flip charts and white boards, room rentals include a projector, build-in screen, podium, microphone, wireless Internet connectivity and set-up plus trouble-shooting by an on-site MaRS AV technician—thereby reducing many of the aggravations associated with organizing meetings and events.
