MaRS is welcoming a host of organizations from across the province that are tapping into office and meeting space at MaRS in order to advance their missions and meet their goals.

BioDiscovery Toronto and the Ontario Society for Excellence in Technology Transfer (onSETT) join MaRS Landing of Guelph and the Greater Peterborough Innovation Cluster among the tenants — alongside Ontario’s Market Readiness Program (see story above) — in a 2,000 sq. ft. suite of offices, work stations and shared spaces. The suite is among the final pockets of the Phase I MaRS interiors to be completed.

For MaRS, the growing mix of tenants is part of continued efforts to expand networks and commercialization capacity across the province. For our partners, it too is about growing connections.

“Regional partners see distinct value in being part of the culture here at MaRS,” said Nina Gazzola, MaRS Director, Operations. “This space is designed to support short- and longer-term needs for these partners with respect to meetings and work spaces. And it offers a physical connection to the wider scope of MaRS activities.”
