Industry Canada presents Canadian Industry Statistics to help Canadian small and medium businesses understand their industries and make better business decisions.

Industry data, gross domestic product and labour productivity are analyzed within various sectors as defined by NAICS, 2002.Employment, wage, production, costs, performance, and capital investment information is also given per each industry.

MaRS FACTS

MaRS is not an acronym. It was originally a file name and the words "Medical and Related Sciences" were later attributed to it. Since we promote the convergence of a full range of science and technology disciplines, we've dropped ”Medical and Related Sciences” from our name and we’re back to just “MaRS”.
