By showcasing innovative research projects, they hope to demonstrate the importance, benefits, and relevance of research that’s made possible with CFI funding. At the same time, it demonstrates accountability for the investments made by the CFI in research infrastructure projects across Canada.

InnovationCanada.ca shines a spotlight on the commitment that the federal government has made to strengthen Canada’s research capacity and to build and encourage partnerships—with institutions, municipal and provincial governments, and the private and voluntary sectors.
