By: James Surowiecki
The Wisdom of Crowds explores the notion that large groups of people are smarter than an elite few. Although some readers are disappointed with the old “two heads are better than one” idea, most readers came away refreshed and full of hope.
The book is separated into two parts, theories and case studies. Surowiecki writes with anecdotes and informative tidbits that cover the consequences of how businesses operate, how knowledge is advanced, how economies should be organized and how we should be living our daily lives.
