In addition to our core advisory services, MaRS delivers further value to entrepreneurs through five key partners:

• Business Acceleration Program (BAP), a suite of entrepreneur support programs and services coordinated by MaRS and delivered through the Ontario Network of Excellence.
• Excellence in Clinical Innovation and Technology Evaluation (EXCITE), a partnership establishing effective pre-market evidence development and evaluation of medical technologies.
• MaRS Innovation, a member-based partnership designed to transform the Toronto-based academic research enterprise into a successful commercialization cluster.
• Social Innovation Generation, which actively develops programs to support the launch and growth of social ventures.
• The Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF) and the $7-million fund for life science companies, which invest in companies that have the potential to be global leaders in their field and provide sustainable economic benefit to Ontario.
• The Ontario Network of Excellence (ONE) is a collaborative network of organizations across Ontario, designed to help Ontarians commercialize their ideas.
• The Centre for Impact Investing is a national hub focused on increasing the awareness and effectiveness of social finance to catalyze new capital, talent and initiatives dedicated to tackling social and environmental problems in Canada.

MaRS also administered the Premier’s Summit Award for Medical Research; four competitions evaluating and rewarding the best of Ontario’s outstanding medical researchers.
