The Business Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Program (BMEP) is part of Ontario’s Market Readiness Program (MRP). MRP is funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Research and Innovation. And jointly delivered by MaRS and the Ontario Centres of Excellence.
The Market Readiness Program aims to equip high-potential technology companies and entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed. And move successfully into the global marketplace.
Resources include:

Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF)
- An early-stage seed fund for Ontario technology companies.
- Up to $500,000 (convertible debenture in return for a nominal equity position)
