Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF)

The Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF) helps accelerate the growth of Ontario-based technology businesses in the cleantech, information technology, and life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The Fund invests up to $500,000 in early-stage companies that have the potential to be global leaders in their field and provide sustainable economic benefits to Ontario.

Funded by the Province of Ontario, the IAF program is managed by MaRS and delivered through the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs.

Launched in 2013, the Youth Investment Accelerator Fund (Youth IAF)  invests in technology-based startups founded by young entrepreneurs under the age of 30. The same eligibility criteria will apply to companies applying to the Youth IAF and the IAF, with some exceptions. Learn more about the Youth IAF here.
