De-risking green project financing in Ontario: Lessons from 20 years of European feed-in tariff experience. The GEA Finance Forum presented financial sector attendees with information about the investment opportunities presented by the new Ontario Green Energy Act and methods of participation in the market, including sector player and project presentations. The goal: to accelerate the movement of large scale capital into green projects. Several European guest speakers attended to pass on the benefits of their experience with similar feed-in tariff programs.
