The vast majority of entrepreneurs don't know their financials. For most business owners, their numbers are a grossly overlooked tool. Ignoring the numbers in your business poses great risks as decisions can become a guessing game, financials are done based on gut feelings, and pricing is pulled out of a hat.
You will learn:
Measure your financial health the same way doctors measure physical health. Bring a calculator, your financials (no one else will see them but you) and some paper.
