Building a Globally Competitive Business

When:
Nov 07, 2006 4 PM to 6 PM
Where:

MaRS Centre 101 College Street Toronto

Success today on a global scale has a lot to do with adapting to key shifts in the technology and market landscape. But at the core, success comes through sound strategic decision making – thinking that looks beyond tomorrow’s analyst reports.

In our increasingly dynamic business environment there are often multiple approaches to strategy and business planning that can work. More than ever, factors such as emerging disruptive technologies and business models, changing market demographics, global alliances, and the competition for top talent are having a profound impact on the way we compete today.

Joe Fuller, who oversees consulting operations globally for Monitor Group, is uniquely qualified to share with us his insights regarding these new rules for success. His work with high technology and life sciences clients has aligned with his keen interest in industries undergoing structural transition.

Join us for this session to learn how some of the best companies are adapting to this changing global landscape and setting a course for results.
