Mark Bachman
Co-Founder, Better The World Inc.

An accomplished entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience in business development, sales management and operational best practices, in 1997 Mark co-founded Prolink Consulting, an IT search agency supplying staff to leading companies in the Toronto area. The recipient of the City of North York’s 1998 Entrepreneur of the Year, Prolink was acquired by Brainhunter Inc. in 2004. Currently living in Whitby, Ontario with his wife and 3 children, Mark is an active volunteer with LeaderImpact Group, an organization that mentors young business leaders.


Steve Croth
Co-Founder, Better The World Inc.

Steve is known by many as a creative thinker with ideas that are "out of the box" and challenge the status quo. His broad career experience has enabled him to develop skills in marketing, strategy, cross-enterprise leadership, and product management. Steve has spent his entire career in the technology sector, having worked for large multinationals such IBM, Microsoft and as the co-founder of a wireless software development firm. Throughout his career, Steve has gained unique insight into both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing. His free time is spent between personal interests that include travel, staying active, reading and spending time with his wife and two young children.
