Social Networks and Health Care

MaRS Centre, Auditorium 101 College Street Toronto
Social networking platforms have changed the way we build and manage relationships, but how have they impacted health care?
Social networking tools empower patients to make decisions about their treatment, connect patients with caregivers from afar, enable online support groups for patients with rare diseases and more. Social networking solutions that improve health-care delivery and efficacy of treatment are in high demand.
Join us for a discussion about how social networks can fill gaps in our current system of health-care delivery and support improved quality of care.
