Rocksteady Investments
Rocksteady Investments works hands-on to commercialize early-stage cleantech companies. Founded by two successful cleantech entrepreneurs, we are looking to impart our experience to other cleantech companies. We help companies develop their business plans, posiition themselves in the market, raise financing and eventually exit. We are not a fund but do invest in companies ourselves and through our network. We are looking to work with companies that:
- have intellectual property that, once commercialized, will change the way society manages waste, purifies water, produces energy, etc.
- are pre-revenue or newly post-revenue
- are based in North America or Europe
- have a flexible, problem-solving management team
- may be looking for initial investment, and if so, these rounds are below $1million
