Notably, while Chairman and CEO of Image Processing Systems (IPS), a machine vision company, Terry led the company from $117,000 to $30 million in sales over a five-year period. IPS became Profit Magazine's number 1 pick of Canada's fastest growing companies in 1998 and Terry was recognized by PROFIT 100 for his outstanding leadership. Terry is currently active as a director of two private technology companies and provides coaching and mentoring services for mid-sized technology companies that are targeting high-growth strategies.
