| Geoffrey Matus, the President of Mandukwe Inc., is Chairman of the following companies: Cidel Bank & Trust Inc., Tricon Capital Group Inc., NexGen Financial Services Limited Partnership and Biltrite Industries. He is a Member of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto and a Board Member of the Canadian Opera Company. In 2005, he was a recipient of the Jewish Federation Award for outstanding service to the community. In 2007, he was appointed an honorary director of Baycrest where he was a Past Chair of the Board of Directors. He was a past board member of Mount Sinai Hospital. Geoffrey is a graduate of the law school at Columbia University in the City of New York and a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. | |
