Schwab Foundation’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award
| The Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship provides unparalleled platforms at the country, regional and global levels that highlight social entrepreneurship as a key element to advance societies and address social problems in an innovative and effective manner. This year, Canada will join 18 other countries in awarding the prestigious Schwab Foundation "Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award." The Canadian winner will be invited to attend the Annual Summit for Outstanding Social Entrepreneurs of the Schwab Foundation in January 2008 in Switzerland to showcase their success in addressing some of the world’s biggest social, environment and economic problems. |  |
