Department: Customer Support

This department is responsible for effectively handling and troubleshooting customer issues with the event app features and ensuring a quality experience while using our product.

Project Description:

Assisting clients with technical support as well as the Support Team with daily tasks.

Role Description:

  • First point of contact for our amazing clients when they need help – Our clients are generally professional event planners working at associations or large corporations. The end user of our product however are attendees around the world from all ages and professions.
  • Lead client onboarding process from end-to-end
  • Handle inquiries about app development and troubleshoot client needs 

  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end. 

  • Liaise with Engineering team to help drive feature development for our product 

  • Receive and incorporate client feedback to improve business performance 

  • Proactively profile customer needs and match our products and services to those needs 

  • This is a chance to learn and be involved at every point of the company while helping and building 
relationships with a wide range of EventMobi clients across the world. 

  • 10% travel is required: our clients often need our support team to help in the execution of their event 

  • Limited evening and weekend work may be required to help with peak times based on client needs 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • 1-2 years in Experience in client-facing role

Technical Skills Required:

Computer skills, familiarity with using apps, ability to multitask, great communication skills, ability to work under pressure

Soft Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal skills, patient and willing to learn.
