Katrin Altosaar

Katrin was a Senior Associate for MaRS Health Venture Services. She worked with health startups, ensuring they got the help and resources they needed to advance their business towards commercialization. Katrin managed the entire MaRS health startup portfolio from intake of new ventures to assigning lead advisors for later staged ventures. Along the way, Katrin helped these startups navigate MaRS resources and connected them with advisors and service providers when they hit a specific product development or business strategy challenge.
Katrin also worked closely on MaRS HealthKick, Canada’s largest health venture showcase, to connect Canadian health startups to the investor, industry and healthcare communities.
