Canada’s job market in 2025 is looking up for job hunters. A study found almost three quarters of companies surveyed feel positively about hiring this year, with half of the companies saying they plan to increase headcounts in the first half of this year.

What it does: Mosaic Manufacturing is a Toronto-based company that uses 3D printers to create high-quality products where and when they are needed, rather than rely on expensive and carbon-intensive shipping and supply chain backlogs.

In the news: The company recently received $25 million in equity growth funding to produce more 3D printers.
