Aoife has contributed to the creation and ongoing development of the Growth Acceleration Program at MaRS, including the operating structure and value proposition to technology companies scaling to $20M in revenue. She leads recruitment by sourcing, analyzing and selecting companies for the program, as well as executing on an account management strategy ensuring high-value client experience to executive teams.
