Aoife leads many aspects of the Momentum program including the strategy, development and implementation of the overall client engagement experience for the portfolio of 100+ companies, as well as recruitment and ecosystem engagement, ensuring high-value to founders, CEOs and their executive teams.

Aoife is passionate about meeting new people and building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of a business. Prior to joining MaRS, Aoife worked at EY where she managed the Entrepreneur Of The Year Program for Ontario.
