Mayisha Sultana leads partnerships between MaRS portfolio startups and investors, corporate partners, and ecosystem leaders in the life sciences. With deep experience working across 5 biotech hubs in North America, Europe, and Asia, Mayisha leverages her extensive network in global biopharma and healthcare to drive strategic collaborations.

Prior to MaRS, Mayisha led commercial strategy at Wellinks, a virtual respiratory care provider, and advised on licensing, VC and M&A deals at ClearView Healthcare Partners, a leading life sciences boutique in New York. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a unique blend of scientific knowledge and business acumen. Mayisha’s academic training is at the intersection of Molecular Biology, Statistics and Machine Learning from Princeton University and the University of Oxford.
