Manager, Climate Adaptation and Resilience

Nicole leads the MaRS Adaptech Accelerator, where she works with high-potential climate tech ventures to accelerate the commercialization and adoption of innovative solutions that strengthen climate resilience across Canada.

Nicole brings more than six years of experience in impact investing to her role, with a focus on harnessing catalytic and blended capital to support ventures addressing complex challenges in emerging markets. Prior to joining MaRS, Nicole led the development of a climate and health fund, building on her experience at the intersection of climate, capital and impact.
