Wilson Kwan is a MaRS advisor and the founder and principal of Kwantum Advisory, a Toronto-based fractional CFO practice. He spent a decade in PwC’s deals practice, most recently as Vice President, leading financial advisory for transactions ranging from $1 million to $5.4 billion in enterprise value across healthcare, technology, blockchain, real estate and consumer sectors.

Wilson’s also served as the fractional VP of corporate finance at a fibre broadband platform, led capital raise decisions at a company holding more than 30 percent of Canada’s ATM market and has acted as fractional CFO to groups operating across four or more international jurisdictions. In 2023, he was named CPA Ontario’s emerging leader and is a CPA Innovation Leadership Accelerator alumnus.
