’Tis the season for giving

As 2012 came to an end, MaRS employees took part in the annual tradition of running a food drive, partnering this year with HoHoTO to collect donations for the Daily Bread Food Bank. To make things interesting we held a friendly competition between departments to see who could make the biggest contribution.

Each team really pulled together and had outstanding results. In total, MaRSians raised $1,695 and 970 pounds of food. In fact, we had so much food that the donations partially blocked the main hallway into our corporate suite!
